Welcome

Hello, and welcome to my website! We all have the capacity to handle the various curveballs life throws at us; I believe you don’t have to do it alone.

As a therapist, I am non-judgmental and grounded. I meet each person where they are and strive to support them in building intentions for themselves. I utilize a variety of approaches in my practice, including: attachment styles, family and systems theory, mindfulness, harm reduction, play/art therapy, and behavior modification. My training as a social worker has deepened my system’s perspective— I see each person as an individual impacted by the groups around them, including their family, friends, community, health/education services, and the broader policies that affect them.

Many of the folks I have worked with have experienced depression, anxiety, and trauma. I bring many dialectical behavioral therapy skills into my practice, particularly focusing on mindfulness and radical acceptance as foundational tools to manage ongoing stress. I try to approach each person I meet as the expert in their own life, and eclectically draw on my knowledge and experience to support them in whatever way they may need.
